Psychology tells that male is prideful of his penis and a female is under penis envy complex. Libido guides the "manly"(sic!) behavior. When feminism started asking serious question about the male domination manifested in all patriarchal system of the world. We are proud of being independent ,free, democratic, having rule of law, liberty, equality and what not. who are this WE? Does it contain women in it. WE closes its door when a woman wants to live independently, freely enjoying her own liberty. We become the patriarchal mind. We are MCPs male chauvinist pigs. We are all Rapists till the time we ensure the liberty and freedom to a woman ;all woman.
"Rule of Law" and "due process of law " was invented to protect the liberty of a citizen, an individual. Both of them MUST not guarantee the accused that his LIBERTY is more precious than the liberty of the victim whose chastity has been ravished. I think the state and society must veer towards making such act a mark of disrespect to all humanity and bring punishment to the accused as fast as they have ravished the chastity of the woman victim.
